Your mission

Recruiting Support: You assist in the hiring process across multiple departments — from defining the role and crafting the perfect job ad to sourcing or first-round interviews.
Employer Branding: You launch creative initiatives and campaigns that turn our culture, values and mission into stories that attract through creative social media, events or career page.
Employee Experience: You create a seamless, top-notch On- & Offboarding process where employee feel welcome right from the first touchpoint
Continuous improvement: You support our team with People Ops topics on a daily basis, enhancing best practices.
Workplace Engagement: You drive workplace satisfaction by coming up with creative ideas about events, infrastructure and initiatives.

Your profile

Background: You are a registered Bachelor's/ Master's student in business administration, communication, psychology, human resources or a comparable field of study.
People-first Mindset: You’re approachable, empathetic and confident in communicating with candidates and colleagues alike — in English (C1).
Startup Spirit: You are eager to learn, take ownership of your work and enjoy being hands-on
Creative Artist: You like to create engaging initiatives, creative projects and shape positive experiences
Structured Work: You work proactively with attention to timelines and details.

Du erstellst Stellenausschreibungen die Kandidaten*innen überzeugen und findest potentielle Kandidaten*innen im direct search
Du unterstützt bei administrativen Tätigkeiten z.B bei der Erstellung von Vertragsunterlagen oder der Pflege der Stammdaten in unserer HR-Software Personio
Du schaffst eine inspirierende Atmosphäre im Office und koordinierst Lieferanten und Dienstleister
Du sammelst regelmäßig Feedback von unserem Team ein und erarbeitest auf Basis dessen Handlungsfelder im Bereich People & Culture
Du bringst Ideen für Team Building Aktivitäten ein und unterstützt bei der Organisation von Workshops und Team Events

Dein Profil

Du bist ein eingeschriebener Bachelor-/ Master Student (m/w/d) der BWL, Kommunikation, Psychologie, Personal oder eine vergleichbare Studienrichtung
Du bist ein(e) Menschenfreund(in) und hast Lust neue Ideen eigenständig umzusetzen
Dein Organisationstalent setzt Du gerne ein und behältst immer den Überblick über Deine Prioritäten
Du hast sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
Du hast ein C2 Sprachniveau in Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
