Our decarbonisation platform supports the housing industry with innovative products to achieve their emission targets cost-effectively!

In order to meet the rapidly growing interest in the market, we are looking for you as Senior Product Manager B2B (m/f/d) from September!

You will be responsible for the product roadmap for our energy management products. In energy management, you have a green field ahead of you to develop our product based on functioning and proven AI models. Sounds exciting?

Your mission

Lead our energy management product to success - you will steer the further development of our energy management solutions to achieve perfect product-market fit and ensure an outstanding user experience
Pioneer customer experience - Together with your cross-functional teams, you will further develop scalable submetering products and continuously increase user satisfaction through innovative approaches
Be the voice of the customer - you ensure that customer feedback, data analyses and market trends form the basis of your decisions and thus drive relevant improvements and innovations
Create an excellent product culture - You bring strategic thinking, prioritisation skills and a high degree of principal thinking to our product development and promote an outstanding product culture
Optimised complexity - you ensure efficient, stable and reliable data interfaces and keep complexity low to ensure smooth operations
Innovation & data-driven decisions - Your deep understanding of the IoT and energy market informs every strategic decision as you test, scale and successfully develop new product lines

Your profile

Background - You have a proven track record as a product manager (+5 years), ideally in the development of cloud-based B2B SaaS products
Entrepreneurial spirit - You have an entrepreneurial mindset and experience in building new business units. Ideally, you have successfully led products to product-market fit
User Research & Pragmatism - You are experienced in hands-on user research and at the same time can make pragmatic decisions using agile methods under uncertainty
Communicative & Collaborative - You have excellent communication and collaboration skills and can drive cultural change in an organisation
Data-driven & Organised - Your mindset is strongly data-driven, you have excellent organisational skills and are an effective problem solver
Language level - You are fluent (C1) in written and spoken German & English
Nice-to-have - Ideally you have knowledge in the areas of IoT or energy management

Führe unser Energiemanagement-Produkt zum Erfolg - Du steuerst die Weiterentwicklung unserer Energiemanagement-Lösungen zum perfekten Produkt-Markt-Fit und sorgst für ein herausragendes Nutzererlebnis
Vorreiter für Kundenerlebnisse - Gemeinsam mit Deinen Cross-funktionalen Teams entwickelst Du skalierbare Submetering-Produkte weiter und steigerst kontinuierlich die Userzufriedenheit durch innovative Ansätze
Sei die Stimme des Kunden - Du stellst sicher, dass Kundenfeedback, Datenanalysen und Markttrends die Basis Deiner Entscheidungen bilden und treibst so relevante Verbesserungen und Neuerungen voran
